Oh Corey

Comp won't send it so ill just do it on my phone :)

Breakfast:
1/4 cup oat meal
1/2 berries or apple
And protein shake when we find ya one that u like :)

Lunch/supper:
Source of Protien
•chicken
•fish
•turkey
• eggs or egg whites
100-120g
Source of green
• any green veg as much as u want , and u can have it whenever u want :)
•source of carb
•white/red/yellow potato
•brown rice or WW pasta
•cuscus
•sweet potato (80-100g)

Snacks
Rice cakes 2-3 MAX ! >:)
Natural peanut butter
Nuts any kind ( almonds before bed as much as possible because it releases melatonine and blocks stress steroids and allows better sleeps :) )
Greens
Berries (any kind )
Ezekiel bread 2 slices
Protien shakes (isolate whey)
Sugar free jello :) mmmm

More WATER .... Lol
